The El Kahuna iS your go-anywhere, do-everything, multipurpose hardtail-with a quiet boost. Kona have updated Kona’s best-selling e-MTB with the smooth, responsive Bosch Performance Line motor, delivering confidence on climbs and calm on commutes.
An internal 625Wh battery keeps the lines clean, while a 100mm fork and 29″ wheels roll easily between campgrounds, gravel, and everyday errands. Whether you’re chasing bike paths or hauling groceries, the El Kahuna is the perfect all-rounder.
The Bosch Performance Line DU (Drive Unit) is a versatile, high-torque motor (up to 75-85 Nm) commonly used for trekking, touring, and e-MTB (CX version). The Performance Line Sport DU (US only) is specifically a Class 3 motor, optimized for speed pedelecs (up to 28 mph) and commuting, with 90 Nm torque
