Intense Main Pivot 1.5t Expander – Black

This Intense spare part – coarse thread expander bolt is used to mount the Lower box link for newer model Intense bikes – please check the below list for compatibility.
This is the coarse thread expander bolt (version 3) earlier bikes use a fine thread bolt (and this won’t fit those older bikes)
The diameter of the bolt is approx 15mm
Note: This is the expander bolt only – you may also need the cone adjuster, cone adjuster bolt and main pivot bearing caps if you are replacing everything.
Two of these bolts are used – one for the top and the bottom of the lower link.
This pivot expander bolt is for the following Intense frames:

• Intense Tracer 275 Alloy (2015+ only)
• Intense Tracer 275 Carbon
• Intense Tracer 2nd generation carbon (introduced in 2017 as part of the 2018 range)
• Intense Carbine 29
• Intense Primer 29 – Tighten to 7Nm, 3 are used in total on the Primer 29
• Intense Spider 29C
• Intense Spider 275
• Intense Uzzi 275
