The 29er version of the XM 450. It is a 500 g rim that is 26 mm wide and follows the “wider is better” approach. Equally at home on a XC bike as a 120 mm or 140 mm 29er trail bike, the XM 490 is one of the most popular rims in our entire line-up. You get great strength without suffering too much of a weight penalty.
