Note that the ignition switch lever for this item is not included as this is a replacement switch and as such you can use the switch lever from your original switch. However, the switch lever is available for purchase. Simply go to the search bar and type in the phrase: ignition switch lever.  
This 4-Port OEM ignition starter switch functions with multiple NATO vehicles including, but not limited to the following:  M939 series 5-ton truck, M151 series Jeep, Willys, M113, M38 A1, A2.  

Ignition or auxiliary control switch (On-Off) used on many series of vehicles including M939 series, M35A2, M35A3, M809 series, M54A2, M38, M151, etc.
Commonly used as the ignition switch, battery master switch, or auxiliary light switch.
